Busy

I have been very creative lately... busy finishing up bits and pieces.

Here are a few more cards that I have done recently.

This one is using Making Memories {note}worthy range of papers- really lurrrrve this range.

Second one is another fav of mine using Melissa Frances paper. They were so easy to work with.

Will be back soon to share some more goodies too.

Christmas cards

Over at Melissa Phillip's blog, she set a Christmas card challenge with the following:

Create a HOLIDAY card using the following:
1. Chipboard
2. Rubon
3. Buttons
4. Glitter
5. Ribbon
6. And, polka-dots of course!

I started making Christmas cards the other day, and realised that my second one fitted the challenge too

Trick or Treat!

Te-he! Happy Halloween!

It felt more like Friday the 13 when I started having computer problems; but all fixed now :)

I received my first acceptance from Scrapbook Creations yesterday!

Speaking of scrapping, this layout was done the other night (used elements and kits from 2 Peas and Shabby Princess).

I'm busy finishing off a few more deadlines for Australian Paper Crafts, almost done and then I can send it off.

Also have my mini Christmas kit from Scrapping Angels, and just love that Christmas is just around the corner. I've started making my Christmas cards, and had a little photo shoot yesterday too while we were home.

Scrapping Angels

I've had such a great day today! Been really busy catching up with friends and then I received a call from one of the publishers! WOW! I was also heading off to the scrapbook shop when I received the call LOL!

Ok, for more exciting news, my Deluxe Designer kit "Springtime Moments" is out at Scrapping Angels and I really love all the yummy/gorgeous assortment of goodies I've had to play with, this time around. I can show you sneak peaks, but if you want to see more, head over to Scrapping Angels and have a look. You won't be disappointed.

Another acceptance!

My "Appreciate"card with the butterfly and Making Memories paper has been accepted for Australian Paper Crafts #75!

Head over to the Crop 4 Kids blog and check out the fabulous Design a Chippie Competition!

Scrap Pile Cyber crop

The first two are cards I designed for my challenge on Friday night. The theme was food -and, as I love card making at the moment, couldn't help myself not using pastel colours (LOL!). I used a photo of the heart sprinkles in the first and the second, I used the cupcake rub on.

The layout is one from the challenges from the cyber crop at Scrap Pile and had to use my Stampin Up stamps.

I'm also busy creating my 4 layouts for my kit for Scrapping Angels. The kit is really delish and I am really having fun putting it together. I'll share some sneak peaks soon!

Oh yes, my layout "You told me once" is out in FK this month issue 59.
The courier delivered it home this morning, and Lee was excited to see it in the magazine.

Some things I can share...

others I can't! OK, I have been really busy of late... scrapping away.... some things are DT stuff... and can't share just yet...

Here is a little of what I've been up to. Can't show the layouts I've been working on just yet for Scrapping Angels. But I have to say it's just so gorgeous! Really love the mix of papers and the colours are just divine!

Oh, and speaking of Scrapping Angels, head over to the website and check out Ruey's kit. She's really done an amazing job once again.

Want to have some fun??? Head over to Scrap Pile on Friday night at 7pm

More Scrap Pile DT layouts

Just wanting to share these two from Scrap Pile DT this month. I really loved working with the Junkitz paper, although I'm not normally into very bright colours, and had never used Utee or done any type of embossing, I'm really pleased that I actually have one more that I'd like to finish off, but might leave it for tomorrow.
The first layout is of my precious little niece. She was two weeks old in the photo- she's a real cutie, and looking forward to seeing her soon.

Another acceptance!

I've had one of my cards accepted by Australian Paper Crafts! I also have a challenge to do for them so I 'm super excited!

Caught up with some gorgeous girls on Wednesday as well as meeting the kiddies at McDonald's. Seriously, can't wait to do it again! It was so much fun, and everyone had a great time. Can't wait to do it again! Urm, that's Lee too... he can't wait to play with everyone again!

Also, head over to Scrapping Angels where Anne has done a brilliant job with the new kit. Lots of Scenic Route, Love Elsie and Heidi Swapp.

Hope to be productive this weekend, scrapping wise... I have a few cards to make, as well as two BTP items that I've been wanting to finish.

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Spring is here

For the past two days it's felt like spring with the gorgeous weather that we're having; think it'sw insipired me and I've created these two very Spring-like cards!

Some things to share

As promised, here are a few layouts I did quite some time ago... well, the second one I finished on the weekend LOL! Just needed to do the journaling and stick it down. It's funny that actually realised these photos were taken on the same day when I had a "little photo shoot" on location LOL!

Here is a BTP that I made. I really love how this turned out. I used Kindy Glitz on the star and then Dimensional Magic on the top of it.

Crop for Kids

Last night was the first meeting for the 2008 Crop for Kids event. I'm really excited to be part of the committee this year, and it's looking to be bigger and better than last year. You can head over to the blog for updates, and make sure you do, as there are going to be loads of exciting events leading up to the big day.

I don't have a great deal of scrapping to share, blogger isn't playing nice, so I can't post a few things that I have done recently.
